The Maker’s Tarot is a bright and colourful deck of 78 cards that will inspire you to be more creative in your life! The artwork for this deck is inspired by the stories of real artisans, designers and makers. Each card shows a different sub-category of art or another creative technique, carefully selected to relate to the meaning of the cards. This deck is designed to resonate with a wide variety of creative minds and explore how the process of being a maker relates to our lives.
The deck is loosely based on Rider-Waite-Smith imagery, with each card re-imagined on the front as a different way of making art (e.g. drawing, painting, stained glass, etc.) or part of the creative process of making.
It consists of the 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana with the four colours of wands, cups, pentacles and swords. The card names may be traditional, but the artwork is anything but!
