Ordering & Shipping
When will my package be delivered?
If you order on weekdays before 16:00, you will receive your order the next day (excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, simply enter the desired shipping address during checkout. Your invoice will be emailed to you separately.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country. You can see the exact costs during checkout, before you finalize your order.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal (subject to a 4% extra charge), Apple Pay, and Mastercard. All prices on the website include VAT.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my purchase?
You can return unopened products within 90 days at your own expense. For more details, please check our return policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Please inform us in writing via email or post if you wish to do so.
