    1.1 The agreement for purchase and sale is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement always applies, unless the buyer has accepted the validity of a revised version of the General Terms and Conditions after the conclusion of the agreement.
    1.2 Koppenhol Uitgeverij B.V. is entitled to terminate the agreement if Koppenhol Uitgeverij has good grounds to believe that the consumer will not be able to meet his obligation. If an order is not accepted or if further conditions are attached to it, Koppenhol Uitgeverij will give reasons for this within ten days of receiving the order.

    We strive to deliver the product within 3 working days. The product will be delivered within 30 days of ordering at the latest.
