Design and Concept

The “My Quality Time Self Care Activity Deck” by Deja Drewit is designed to make self-care both fun and accessible. This deck includes 44 pocket-sized cards, each featuring a unique, hand-illustrated activity aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and soul. The activities are simple and quick, crafted to fit into daily routines without requiring additional expenses. Six blank cards are included for personalization, allowing users to add their favorite self-care activities. The deck’s artwork is created with watercolor, giving it a gentle and inviting aesthetic.

Use and Functionality

These self-care cards are designed for ease of use. Users can shuffle and select one or more cards to set their self-care intentions for the day. The activities can be chosen randomly or intentionally, depending on the user’s preference. The cards are ideal for displaying in visible places like desks or altars as daily reminders. In addition to self-care, the deck can also be used as an oracle in readings, offering versatility in its application.

The cards are made with 400 GSM matte finish, ensuring durability and a quality feel. The second edition of the deck includes nine new cards, expanding the range of activities.
