The Aimée Aura Symboolkaarten are designed by Aimée Suisse, a Dutch psychic who wanted to create a deck that is practical. No elaborate philosophy, no complicated spreads. Just a set of 72 symbols that help you find direction in daily life.
Each of the 72 cards shows a symbol in the centre, surrounded by a colourful aura cloud. That cloud has a different colour or colour combination on each card, giving you a visual impression of the card's register before you even read the text.
The symbols themselves are simply drawn and directly recognisable: abstract shapes, natural elements, everyday objects. Below each symbol the keywords are printed side by side in French, English and Dutch. This makes interpretation quick and accessible, even if you have never worked with oracle cards before.
The cards are nearly square (89 x 90 mm), a comfortable size for shuffling and laying out. The cardstock feels sturdy. The packaging is a box with gold accents, not showy but well presented.
The accompanying booklet gives a description of each symbol. You need it the first time to understand the context, but less and less after that. The keywords on the cards themselves are enough to do a reading.
The most common way of working is a daily one-card pull: ask one question, pull one card, pick two or three keywords that speak to you. It also works with multiple cards at once, but the system is built for speed and directness.
Pull one card in the morning and note the word that hits hardest. Look back in the evening to see if it showed up somewhere in your day.

Do I need to keep the booklet beside me during a reading?
That depends on how detailed you want to work. The keywords on the cards are already enough for a quick interpretation. The booklet gives extra context and background, useful during the first introduction, but not strictly necessary after that.
Do the cards work if I do not speak French or Dutch?
Yes. Each symbol has the keywords in all three languages on the card at the same time. You can simply read the English words and ignore the rest.
