Astrosoul Oracle Deck - astrological building blocks in card form
Astrological knowledge often hides in thick books or abstract diagrams. This deck pulls out the core concepts and gives them physical form. 62 cards, divided across the twelve zodiac signs, ten planets, twelve houses, five major aspects and three influential asteroids.
Maria Praena designed the Astrosoul Oracle Deck as a visual library. Each element gets its own card with symbol, name and a stylised illustration that captures the essence of that principle. The back shows a cosmic mandala in blue and gold.
What you see on the cards
The front is calm: a central symbol in gold on a deep blue background, with the name of the element above it. The illustrations are minimalist but rich in detail. No scenes or figures, but symbols that point to the quality of the astrological principle.
The edges are matte blue on all sides. The paper has a soft texture. The gold foil is applied to both sides, which you can feel as you shuffle the cards.
The box feels soft, almost like velvet. The colour is a muted rose with gold accents. Inside, the deck fits precisely, with no sliding.
How you work with it
The guidebook describes each element separately. For each card you get an explanation of the astrological meaning, the symbolism and how you can apply the principle in a reading. There are also sample questions you can ask when a specific card appears.
You can use the deck as a study aid: draw a card and read the description, let it settle, look at how that element works in your own birth chart. Or you use it intuitively, without prior knowledge, and let the images speak.
For those already working with astrology, the deck offers a new way to make connections. You can combine cards the way you would read aspects in a horoscope: what does Saturn in the fifth house mean, or Venus in Scorpio?
Lay three cards: a planet, a zodiac sign and a house. Read the combination as a mini-horoscope and see what emerges.
