Everything still exists Oracle - collage from found memories without fixed frameworks
This is not a deck with keywords or explanations. Everything still exists Oracle is made up of images that Duy Khanh Vo assembled from old magazine pages he found on Penang, an island off the coast of Malaysia. He added paint and collage.
The result is 46 cards with a layered visual language. No guidebook, no fixed meanings. You look at what is there and notice what it brings up.
What you see on the cards
The images are built from fragments: pieces of printed text, photographs, fields of colour. Everything is manually worked, so the material structure remains visible. The colours are often muted, with the occasional brighter accent.
Of the 46 cards, six are specifically for questions about family. These family cards focus on roles and connections within a family or community. The other forty cards cover broader life experiences.
How you work with it
Without a guidebook, this deck asks for a different way of reading. You draw a card, look at the image and notice what stands out: a colour, a shape, a fragment of text. That becomes the starting point.
The family cards can be used separately in readings about relationships, or shuffled through the entire deck. The format is compact: 6 by 10 centimetres. The cards feel light in the hand.
Try keeping a card with you for a day without immediately assigning meaning to it. Look back in the evening: which detail has stayed with you?
Material and finish
The cards are printed on 300gsm paper with matte lamination on both sides. The packaging is handmade: each set comes in hand-dyed canvas fabric, a kraft wrap and a hand-sewn pouch. Because of that manual finish, no two sets are identical.
This also makes the deck interesting for those who value the physical execution of a product. It feels more like an art object than a standard card set.
