I Ching Oracle Cards - the I Ching without sticks or coins
The I Ching has been working for three thousand years. No wonder it still has something to say. The problem often lies in accessibility: throwing coins, counting stalks, looking things up in thick books. That stops people.
Lunaea Weatherstone has translated the core of the I Ching into a deck of 64 cards, one for each hexagram. You draw a card, look at the image, read the description. That is it.
What you see on the cards
Each card carries one of the 64 hexagrams and a modern illustration that makes the symbolism visual. The colours are clear, the images not too busy. The cardstock is sturdy and has a matte finish that shuffles well.
The cards are 66 x 120 mm, a bit narrower than standard tarot but easy to handle. The guidebook runs to 128 pages and is written in clear English. For each hexagram you get the core message explained, without fuss.
What sets this deck apart
This is not an interpretation of the I Ching. It is a new way to access it. The oracle itself remains intact: 64 hexagrams, each with its own meaning that revolves around change, timing and balance.
Where a traditional I Ching consultation takes time and concentration, with this deck you can draw a card over breakfast. That makes it more accessible, not more superficial. The depth lies in the system itself.
Draw a card without reading the description first. Look at the image and notice what comes up for you. Only then read the text.

Questions we often get
Do I need to know the I Ching already to use this deck?
No. The guidebook gives the core message and context for each hexagram. You can start right away. It does help if you understand that the I Ching revolves around change and timing, not yes/no answers.
How does this differ from a traditional I Ching consultation?
Traditionally you throw coins six times or count yarrow stalks to build up a hexagram. That gives more sense of ritual and structure. This deck gives direct access to one hexagram per card. Faster, but from the same source.
