Sarah Nalind Tarot Deck - photography-based cards with satin pouch
The Sarah Nalind Tarot Deck is a 78-card tarot deck made by Dr Sarah Nalind, a PhD psychologist, psychic medium and tarot reader. She designed it as a reflective tool, using symbol and intuition, for people who are just starting out as well as those who have been reading tarot for years.
What the cards look like
The box is blush pink with silver foil print. The word 'TAROT' sits at the top, with the 'SN' monogram surrounded by a floral wreath in the centre, and '78 CARDS' at the bottom. Inside, the cards come tucked in a rose-gold satin pouch fastened with a drawstring and a pale pink satin ribbon.
The card backs are pale blue with the same monogram in grey tones. The card faces use photography as their visual language. One visible card shows a stone bowl filled with water and floating petals in lilac, purple and soft pink. The number '10' appears at the top, 'DESTINY' in large letters at the bottom, and 'Wheel of Fortune' beneath that in italics. The card edges are white and ungilded.
For beginners and experienced readers
Dr Sarah Nalind designed this deck for both people who are new to tarot and those who have been reading for years. Sarah Nalind writes:
'A human life contains many chapters. The reader remains the same reader.'
