The Symbolic Soul Tarot by Elisa Seitzinger follows the Rider-Waite-Smith structure, but chooses a radically different execution. No pastels or warm earth tones, but sharp contrasts and graphic lines. The gold is not decorative. It marks exactly those elements where your gaze needs to go.
The illustrations are built from contrasts. Black shapes against white, light against shadow, stillness against movement. The gold foil accents fall on key symbols: a star, a crown, a chalice. Your eye goes there naturally.
Many figures on the cards are women. Not as decoration, but as carriers of strength, transformation and wisdom. That emphasis gives the deck a different energy than classic RWS variants.

Yes. The images are clear enough to work with without prior knowledge. The included guidebook describes the meanings and gives direction.
