The Latin Love Oracle - 33 cards about love and relationships through Latin American myths
Most oracle decks work with universal archetypes. This deck chooses something more specific: it uses figures, rituals and stories from Mexico, Brazil and the Andes region to explore questions about love and relationships.
The Latin Love Oracle is created by Anielle Reid, spiritual storyteller and ceremony facilitator, and illustrated by Colombian artist Cindy Monroy. The deck consists of 33 cards, each with an explicit reference to a myth or tradition. Think La Llorona, Saci Pererê, cacao ceremonies, yerba mate rituals.
What you see on the cards
The imagery is expressive. Monroy works with rich colours, bold outlines and symbolism that refers directly to folklore. No pastels, no veiled abstraction. The figures look at you, the rituals are shown as they are.
Each card carries a name and an image. The guidebook explains where the figure or ceremony comes from, what the cultural meaning is, and how you can interpret the card in a reading about relationships or self-love.
Who this deck works for
This deck is designed for beginners and for those who want to go beyond standard tarot archetypes. The guidebook gives clear explanations, so prior knowledge of Latin American spirituality is not required. What does help: interest in cultural context. The cards do something different than general love oracles because they are not separate from their origin.
The cards are handy: 89 x 127 mm, solid cardstock with a silk finish. They shuffle smoothly and feel sturdy enough for daily use. The storage box has a lift lid, not a magnetic closure.
Draw a card before you ask an important relationship question, and read the cultural background in the guidebook first. It slows down the process, but it gives the interpretation more depth.

Questions we often get
Do I need to know the myths and rituals already to use this deck?
No. The guidebook explains each figure and ceremony, including the cultural origin. That makes the deck accessible, even if you have never heard of them before.
What sets this deck apart from other love oracles?
Most love oracles work with general themes like trust, passion or letting go. This deck connects those themes with specific stories and traditions from Latin America. That makes the interpretation more concrete and culturally grounded.
