The Wild Wolf Tarot - pack structure translated into tarot
Not every tarot deck chooses human figures. This one uses the wolf as carrier of meaning. All cards are hand-drawn in black and white, with a minimal style that focuses on form and posture.
The structure follows traditional tarot, but the suits are renamed. Wands become Leaders, Cups are Care-takers, Swords are called Watchers and Pentacles are Hunters. That translation is not a gimmick. It places each theme directly within the social dynamics of a pack.
What you see on the cards
The drawing style is spare. No backgrounds or distracting details. Each image shows a wolf in a specific posture: alert, nurturing, leading, hunting.
The cards use no colour. The linework in black on white makes you notice body language and gaze more quickly. That helps when reading: the emotion or action jumps out immediately.
The deck includes a 108-page guidebook. It explains the card meanings, plus a number of spreads and rituals that connect to the theme of the pack.
