How to work with it

This card set asks for attention. Draw one card, read the text aloud, let the question hang for a moment. What comes up? What touches something? Write it down or leave the card visible during the day as a reminder.

Many people use this deck in the morning or evening, at a moment when there is space to really think. It does not work well if you want a quick answer. It does work if you want to understand why something feels the way it feels.
