Not every oracle deck calls you to action. Some cards offer rest instead. Wings of Wisdom by Alana Fairchild belongs to that second category.

The deck holds 44 cards, each showing a winged being: angels, fairies, eagles, dragonflies. The imagery is dreamlike and soft, with warm colours that blend into one another. Every card carries a keyword, a message, and an affirmation. The tone is uplifting, never confrontational.

What you see on the cards

The illustrations sit somewhere between fantasy art and spiritual calendar prints. Plenty of gold, pastel tones, smooth transitions. The beings often look directly at you, which some readers find healing and others too explicit.

Alana Fairchild is an Australian spiritual teacher and author. She has created several oracle decks, including the Kuan Yin Oracle and Earth Warriors Oracle. Her work focuses on empowerment and healing inner blockages.

Where some of her other decks carry a fiery or activating energy, she chose softness and light for Wings of Wisdom. It is a deliberate choice that remains present throughout the entire set.
