The deck was created by Cindy Stal, who developed it out of her own experience with conditioning, self-liberation and finding a more authentic way to live. Her work centres on feminine energy, self-leadership and reconnecting with the body and one's own truth.

What each card contains

Every card works on three levels. First, a transmission: a text that carries the energy or theme of the card. Then a sacred practice, a concrete exercise to help you work with what the card brings up. And finally affirmations, short phrases that help shift the card's message from something you read into something you feel.
