Dame Darcy drew and painted all 78 cards by hand, in a neo-Victorian style filled with sea creatures, shipwrecks, and nautical folklore. The pastel colours and faded vintage tones recall hand-drawn posters from the 1960s, while the imagery follows the classic Rider-Waite structure throughout. The card edges are finished with a high-gloss gold foil – reflective, not matte.
