Nicola Allan is an artist, author, and former lawyer who made a significant career transition from practicing law to pursuing her passion for art, astrology, and tarot. After spending over a decade as a lawyer, Nicola's path changed during the COVID-19 pandemic while she was living in Mexico. The disruption to her legal work led her to explore new avenues, particularly after a serendipitous meeting with an astrologer and tarot reader. This encounter inspired her to create Faunabelle Tarot, a tarot deck designed to be both visually appealing and spiritually enriching, marking the beginning of her journey into the world of divination and creativity.

Returning to Scotland in 2021, Nicola continued to deepen her exploration of astrology and tarot. She pursued formal astrology studies with Nightlight Astrology, allowing her to integrate a more structured and nuanced understanding of astrology into her creative and spiritual endeavors. In 2022, Nicola founded Astraea Creative, a publishing company through which she continues to combine her artistic skills with her knowledge of astrology and tarot.

Through Faunabelle Tarot and her work with Astraea Creative, Nicola Allan focuses on providing meaningful, intuitive tools for spiritual growth and self-discovery.
