Lama Tendar

A Tibetan monk since the age of 12, Lama Tendar has studied and taught Mahayana Buddhism on several continents. He is the founder of the Medicine Buddha Tantrayana Meditation Center and the Shantideva Buddhist Foundation, and dedicates his life to the well-being of all sentient beings through the practice of wisdom and compassion.

Ani Dechen

Ani Dechen holds a PhD in Economics of Development and worked as an academic for over 25 years. In search of spiritual well-being, she became a Buddhist nun in 2017 under the guidance of Lama Tendar, which began her quest for mental transformation for the well-being of all sentient beings.
