Not every modern tarot is truly contemporary. Many decks just rearrange the colours or add a decorative border. The Find Your Magic Tarot goes further: Giulia Manzi has redrawn the entire Rider-Waite-Smith, with characters drawn from everyday life and colours that catch your eye immediately.

The deck contains the full RWS structure: 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana. The symbols stay true to the original meanings, but the execution has been reimagined. Instead of medieval courtiers you see people in everyday clothing, people with different backgrounds, in situations that feel recognisable.

What you see on the cards

Giulia Manzi works with clean lines and bold blocks of colour. Orange, turquoise, deep pink, green. The colours do not shout, but they are visibly present. Each character gets enough space in the image to stand out, without the symbolism disappearing.

The imagery is direct. On the Two of Swords you see someone weighing a choice. On the Three of Cups, a moment of connection. Where classic tarot cards sometimes show historical dress and abstract backgrounds, Manzi simply shows you what is happening. That makes the cards easy to read.

How you work with it

Because the structure is RWS, you can place any standard tarot book beside it. The symbolism is preserved enough to recognise existing meanings, but the images are fresh enough to invite your own interpretation. That makes the deck usable both for those who already work with tarot and for those who want to learn RWS without working with dated imagery.
