It depends on your hands. For some, 100 x 150 mm is too large to shuffle in the classic way. You can also spread the cards on a table and choose one from there, or flip through them as a stack.

Yes. The booklet gives context for each card. You do not need to be an expert to understand the messages. The images themselves are direct enough to work with intuitively.
