Most oracle sets are one big stack. This one is divided. Four groups, each with its own role: Listen, Clear, Rebuild and Act. It is a fixed structure that guides you through the stages of intuitive development.
Mindfulness expert Maude Hirst designed the system. Artist Lori Menna drew the cards. Together they shaped a deck that works as a compass for people who want to reconnect with their inner guidance.
The Listen group is about finding stillness and listening to what is already there. Clear is about clearing blockages and old patterns. Rebuild focuses on building new confidence and energy. Act prompts concrete steps.
You do not have to use the cards in order. The structure gives shape, not law. Pull from one group if you know what you want to work on, or shuffle everything together and let the card itself determine which phase needs attention.
Lori Menna works with colourful images that emerge from natural elements and spiritual geometry. No strict lines or minimalism, but illustrations that feel meditative and speak directly to the imagination.
The guidebook contains practical exercises and reflections that translate the meaning of each card into concrete actions. Not lists of fixed meanings, but texts that help you apply the message in your daily life.
Pull a card from the Listen group each morning and use it as focus for your meditation. It gives direction to how you listen to your inner voice that day.
Maude Hirst is founder of Energy Rise and leads retreats and workshops worldwide on meditation and energy healing. Before her work as a mindfulness expert, she appeared in the series Vikings, but has since dedicated her career entirely to spiritual guidance.
Lori Menna works as a graphic designer and artist with a focus on spiritual and universal themes. Her visual language is rooted in her own spiritual practice.
Do I have to use the cards by phase or can I shuffle everything together?
Both work. The structure is there for guidance, but you can also mix all the cards and draw randomly. The guidebook explains both approaches.
Is this deck suitable if I have never worked with oracle cards before?
Yes. The clear structure and the comprehensive guidebook with exercises make it accessible to beginners. The illustrations also appeal directly, even without prior knowledge.
