This deck was created by Regula Elizabeth Fiechter and artist Urban Trösch. Fiechter writes about Lenormand and tarot, Trösch paints in egg tempera. That technique mixes pigment with egg yolk and gives the cards a bright, almost luminous quality.
All 36 traditional symbols are present: the Rider, the Scythe, the Heart, the Snake. The style is fairytale-like without becoming childish. Colours are bright, details are present but not overloaded.
Characters look in a specific direction. Backgrounds contain small details that can add an extra layer to your reading. The imagery invites you to add your own associations to the classic meanings.
The format is compact: 57 x 89 mm. That keeps a Grand Tableau manageable on the table.
The guidebook is 34 pages and describes the core meanings for each card. It also explains three basic spreads. No extensive philosophy, just enough to get started.

When interpreting, pay attention to the direction characters are looking. Trösch uses this deliberately to make currents in a reading visible.
