The Ocean Dreams Oracle contains 64 cards, each with its own illustration in Danielle Noel's collage style. You will see ocean floors, rolling waves, mermaids, and star-filled skies. The full-colour guidebook has around 148 pages. It explains every card individually and also includes water meditations and rituals you can use alongside your readings. The cards focus on themes like releasing what no longer serves you, trusting your instincts, and starting fresh. People who feel a natural connection to water or the sea will find the imagery familiar and easy to work with.
Every card is built from layers of digital images. Ocean beds, flowing water, mermaids, and night skies blend together into soft, layered compositions. The colours are gentle, leaning into blues, greens, and pinks. Recurring themes include cleansing, inner stillness, and renewal. Some cards reference Lemuria, a mythical civilisation that appears in certain spiritual traditions as a symbol of ancient wisdom. You do not need to know that background to use the cards. The images work on an intuitive level as well.
Danielle Noel is the creator of the Starchild Tarot and the Moonchild Tarot, both well known in the independent tarot world. She works with digital collage, combining photography, textures, and illustration into dreamlike scenes. The Ocean Dreams Oracle follows that same visual approach: refined, colourful, and immediately recognisable as her work.
The cards measure approximately 88 x 126 mm and have a soft-touch finish that feels smooth in your hands. The turquoise gilded edges give each card a polished look. The magnetic box keeps the cards and guidebook together safely. The guidebook explains each card and also includes spreads that were designed specifically for this set. You can draw one card each day for a short moment of reflection, or use one of the multi-card spreads from the guidebook for a more complete reading.

What is the difference between the early 56-card version and the current 64-card version of the Ocean Dreams Oracle?
The very first printings of the Ocean Dreams Oracle contained 56 cards. The current edition has 64 cards, with additional illustrations added in later print runs. If you order a new copy, you will receive the 64-card version.
How much English do you need to use this deck?
The guidebook is written entirely in English and no translation is available. If you have a basic reading level in English, you will be able to follow the card descriptions and spreads. The imagery itself is expressive enough that many readers also work with the cards on a visual and intuitive basis.

Ipsos Malafaya drew every card in this 78-card deck by hand using an Apple Pencil on an iPad Pro. The style follows the Rider Waite Smith tradition, with geometric patterned backgrounds that change colour by suit and figures dressed in rainbow hues referencing the chakras. Malafaya is a UK-based artist for whom this is a first tarot project.
The suits and Major Arcana follow the classic RWS sequence, with Strength as card VIII and Justice as card XI.
