The Starchild Tarot - classic tarot structure in galactic clothing
Not all tarot decks choose sharp lines and bold colours. This one does the opposite. Soft pastel tones, galactic landscapes and geometric forms give the classic 78 cards a different atmosphere without letting go of the structure.
Danielle Noel works with a mix of photography, digital art and sacred geometry. Vintage imagery is combined with galaxies and planets. The Major Arcana receives new names: The Fool becomes The Starseed, Temperance becomes Serenity. The sequence stays the same, the language shifts to cosmic.
What you see on the cards
The images are built in layers. A portrait, a geometric shape, a background of stardust. Pastel tones dominate: peach pink, soft blue, cream. Golden accents run through the compositions like threads.
The geometric forms are not decoration. They give each card a visual frame and work as a structural layer in the symbolism. The images are not minimalist, but not busy either. There is much to see if you take the time.
How the deck works
The cards are 125 x 88 mm, slightly larger than standard poker size. The rose-petal matte finish gives a silky feel during shuffling. Gilded edges give the whole deck a polished look.
The accompanying book goes beyond card meanings. You will find information about crystals, chakras and special spreads that fit the cosmic theme. The book is in English, the texts are accessible and do not read like esoteric prose.
Pull one card in the morning and look at the image for a minute before opening the book. The layered quality of the images gives you enough to work with intuitively.

Questions we often get
How different are the Major Arcana names exactly?
Some cards have been given new names that fit the cosmic theme. The Fool becomes The Starseed, Temperance becomes Serenity. The sequence and symbolism remain classic, so if you know traditional tarot you will recognise the cards without effort.
Is the book comprehensive enough to learn the cards?
Yes. The book contains card meanings, but also information about crystals, chakras and spreads that suit this deck. For people with basic tarot knowledge it offers enough support to start working with it right away.
