Stoller Tarot - cartoon-style tarot in a compact format
You recognise the Rider-Waite structure everywhere, but rarely in this form. Adam Stoller replaces the traditional symbols with everyday objects: spoons, balloons, buckets and broomsticks. What remains is a deck that looks like a comic strip but functions as full tarot.
The deck comes in a sturdy tin box, small enough to carry with you but large enough to protect the cards well. The cards measure 63.5 × 88.9 mm, a compact size that shuffles easily.
What you see on the cards
The drawing style is cartoonish, with clear lines and bright colours. The figures have large heads and expressive faces. Each scene is reduced to its essence, with no distracting background details.
The four suits are called Spoons, Balloons, Buckets and Broomsticks here. The numbering and structure remain the same as the Rider-Waite system, so the Tower remains the Tower and the High Priestess remains the High Priestess. Only the execution is different.
The 64-page guidebook gives keywords for each card. No long elaborations, but concrete reference points for those who want to read quickly.
How this deck works in practice
The light style makes this deck suitable for moments when you have a question but no appetite for heaviness. The images invite quick interpretation without dwelling long on refined symbolism.
The pocket size and tin box make it easy to take with you. It fits in a coat pocket, a handbag, a backpack. You can put it down anywhere without it standing out.
Draw a card when you notice you are taking a situation too heavily. The humorous imagery helps you look at the question from a different perspective.

Yes. The tin box is designed to protect the cards in a bag or suitcase. It closes securely and keeps the cards in place.
