Some decks ask you to learn a system. This deck asks you to be still. Heart & Soul Cards is an oracle deck of 54 heart-shaped cards, each with a short, poetic text and an intuitive painting by Toni Carmine Salerno.
The shape is not a gimmick. A heart-shaped card sits differently in your hand, feels different when you shuffle, and almost forces you to slow down. The messages are soft but not vague. They speak about self-love, inner peace, trust and letting go.
Salerno's painting style is intuitive and colourful. Lots of blue, purple, gold and pink. His figures are ethereal, often without sharp facial features, which leaves room for projection. The texts appear at the top or bottom of each card, always in just a few lines.
The cards are printed on sturdy card stock with a matte finish. They are roughly 95 by 95 mm, compact enough to carry with you. The storage box has a magnetic closure and keeps the deck secure.
There are no spreads included, no guidebook with meanings. That is deliberate. You draw a card when you need a gentle voice, and you read what it says. That is all.

What is the difference between the first edition and this revised edition?
The cards and messages have remained identical. The revised edition has higher-quality printing, sturdier card stock and a storage box with magnetic closure instead of a simple cardboard box.
Can I use this deck for classic tarot spreads?
No. This is not a tarot deck and has no structure that fits traditional spreads. It works best as a single daily card or as an additional card alongside another reading.
