About Louise Hay

Louise Hay (1926-2017) wrote dozens of books on self-image and healing. Her best-known work, You Can Heal Your Life, was published in 1984 and has since sold millions of copies. She founded Hay House, the publisher that produces this deck.

Her background was not academic. She based her work on personal experience and on what she observed in the conversations she had. Her style is direct and to the point.
