Product information
The Prisma Visions Satchel - protection and spread surface in one
Most tarot bags do exactly what you expect: they store your cards. This one does a bit more. The Prisma Visions Satchel by James R. Eads combines protection with function. The extended flap unfolds and works as a surface for a quick reading, wherever you are.
The material is blue faux suede, soft enough not to damage your cards, sturdy enough to absorb bumps and scratches. The Visions emblem is printed in black ink on the inside. Subtle, not loud.
What you do with it
You place the Prisma Visions deck inside, including the small guidebook. The satchel closes completely, so no loose cards floating around in your backpack or handbag. When you want to do a reading, you unfold the flap. It measures roughly 23 centimetres and gives you just enough room for three cards side by side.
That may sound small, but it works. You do not always have a table or cloth at hand. The flap solves that.
Hold the satchel in your hand while you shuffle. The soft material feels better than a hard box.
How it is made
James R. Eads designed this satchel specifically for his Visions line. The dimensions match the Prisma Visions and Cosma Visions deck exactly. Other standard tarot cards will probably fit as well, but the fit is optimised for these two.
The faux suede is cruelty-free and easy to clean with a damp cloth. No special treatment needed. The blue colour is deep and stays stable with normal use.

Questions we often get
Will any tarot deck fit in this satchel?
The satchel is made for the Prisma Visions and Cosma Visions deck. Most standard tarot cards will fit, but the fit is best for Eads' decks, including the small guidebook that comes with them.
Is the flap sturdy enough to lay cards on?
Yes. The faux suede is firm enough to serve as a surface. It is not a hard table, obviously, but for a quick three-card reading it works well. Just make sure you are sitting on a flat surface.
