Pendulum Magic in Motion - a complete pendulum kit with double-sided board
Pendulum work is perhaps the most direct form of divination. You hold a weight on a cord and it moves. That movement gives you an answer. No symbols to interpret, no cards to memorise. Just you, the pendulum and the question.
This kit by Valeria Menozzi contains everything you need: a metal pendulum, a double-sided board and an instruction booklet that describes how to get started. The board has two sides. One shows letters, numbers and symbols such as yes, no and maybe. The other shows the seven chakra colours in a circle, designed for energy work.
What you see on the board
The letter side is clearly laid out. The alphabet and the numbers 0 to 9 run around the edge. In the centre you find symbols for yes, no, maybe and a few other basic concepts. The design is functional and fairly neutral, so you can concentrate on the movement of the pendulum.
The chakra side has a different energy. Each of the seven chakras gets its own colour field: red for the root chakra, orange for the sacral chakra, yellow for the solar plexus chakra, green for the heart chakra, blue for the throat chakra, indigo for the third eye and violet for the crown chakra. You do not use this side for questions, but to sense where in your energy system something needs attention.
How you work with it
Pendulum work asks for stillness. You hold the pendulum between thumb and forefinger and let it swing out first so you can feel what your personal 'yes' and 'no' look like. For some people the pendulum turns clockwise for yes, for others it swings back and forth. There is no fixed rule.
Then you place the board in front of you and ask a question. The pendulum moves to a letter, a symbol or a colour. Sometimes the answer is immediately clear, sometimes you have to swing on to a second or third letter to form a word.
The chakra board works differently. You hold the pendulum above the centre of the board and ask which chakra needs attention right now. The pendulum pulls towards a colour. That gives you an indication of where you can meditate or work.
Let the pendulum acclimatise in your hand for a few minutes before you ask a question. The movement often starts subtly and becomes stronger as you relax more.

Questions we often get
Do I need experience with pendulum work to use this kit?
No. The instruction booklet explains the basics and the board is set up so you can start straight away. You learn as you go which movement means yes for you and which means no.
Can I use the pendulum without the board as well?
Yes. The pendulum is of sufficient quality to be used on its own as well, for example over a card, a photograph or simply hanging free for a yes/no question.
