Beltane falls at the midpoint of spring and stands for passion, fertility and the moment when plans become action. This oracle is built around that theme: 44 cards drawn from ancient Beltane imagery, designed for working with the energy of this point in the Wheel of the Year.
The deck is a collaboration between Lorriane Anderson and Juliet Diaz, with illustrations by Giada Rose, published by Rockpool Publishing as part of the wider Seasons of the Witch series.
What sets the guidebook apart
The 144 pages contain more than card meanings. Juliet Diaz contributed original poetry that doubles as invocations: texts written to be spoken aloud as part of ritual or intention-setting. That gives the guidebook a different character from a standard interpretive manual.
Each card comes with an invocation designed to call in the energy of that card. The focus throughout is on directing intention rather than prediction.
What the cards show
