LUX Book of Sonnets Linnea Gits wrote an original sonnet for every card in the LUX tarot deck. Black-and-white plates of the original linocut artworks appear alongside each hand-typed poem. Language: English Quality: Paperback, perfect binding, printed on premium paper in the USA Contents: 126 pages, first edition Anyone familiar with the LUX deck will find here how Linnea Gits condensed each card into fourteen lines.

Queer Tarot: An Inclusive Deck and Guidebook Ash + Chess, the duo of Ashley Molesso and Chess Needham based in Richmond, Virginia, built this deck on a clear principle: every single card is based on a real LGBTQ+ person, commissioned specifically for this project. The result covers the full 78-card structure of tarot, reimagined with a wide range of gender identities, sexual orientations, skin tones, body sizes, and physical abilities. The illustrations draw on risograph-style printing, with bold lines and saturated retro colour palettes. Language: English Quality: Flocked interior tray, magnetic keepsake box with metallic foil accents, flexibind guidebook Contents: 78 cards + 176-page guidebook Each card figure was drawn from a real person, which gives this deck a grounding that purely invented designs rarely achieve.

RWS Tarot – Pamela Colman Smith This is the original Rider-Waite-Smith deck from 1909, the edition that became the foundation for almost every tarot deck published since. Pamela Colman Smith illustrated all 78 cards, including the minor arcana, with narrative scenes, something that had not existed in tarot before. The print follows the original technique, including the characteristic dot structure that belongs to this reproduction. Language: Multilingual guidebook (including English) Contents: 78 cards with guidebook Anyone learning tarot will find that almost every course, book, and online resource refers back to this deck.

Karma Angels Oracle Marcus Katz and Tali Goodwin, co-founders of Tarot Professionals and among the most prolific figures in professional tarot, created this compact oracle around karma, life lessons and angelic guidance. The artwork is by A. A. Atanassov and the edition is presented in a gold finish. The included instructions are multilingual. Language: Multilingual Quality: Gold edition, compact size Contents: 32 cards with instructions A focused, pocket-sized oracle from two experienced tarot professionals, built around the intersection of fate, karma and angelic energy.

Lunar Magic Oracle Alice Kendall grew up in northern England in a household where tarot and spirituality were everyday. After a career in the music industry, she moved to India and reconnected with her artistic roots. This oracle reflects that path: 40 collage cards built around moon phases, moon goddesses and animals associated with the moon, accompanied by a guidebook with interpretations, background knowledge and spreads. Language: English Contents: 40 cards with guidebook Kendall regularly shares tips for witches and spiritual seekers on Instagram as @starlightandsage_.

Sublime Thresholds Tarot Sublime Thresholds Tarot is an 88-card deck built from Baroque, Romantic, Gothic and Symbolist paintings, selected from over 4,000 works in the public domain. Each card carries a Greek term and a ‘Sublime Code’ that extend the arcana meaning into philosophical and poetic territory. The deck also includes lines of verse from writers such as Keats, Blake, Rilke and Mary Shelley. Language: English Quality: 350 GSM playing card stock with linen texture, matte UV tuck box Contents: 88 cards (78 tarot + 10 oracle cards) and mini guidebook Created by Nitasia Roland, who wrote her MFA thesis on the concept of the Sublime.

Green Glyphs Runes James R. Eads designed this rune card deck because he struggled to connect the Nordic symbols to their meanings when he first started studying runes. Each card pairs the runic symbol and its traditional name with an illustration that makes the meaning visible. The 33 cards cover the 24 classical runes (Elder Futhark) plus 9 Anglo-Saxon runes that you can include or remove as you prefer. Language: English Quality: Gilded edges, orange storage box Contents: 33 cards, 65-page guidebook, 4 runic dice The included runic dice offer an alternative way to draw runes and can be used independently of the cards.

Oilpainting Tarot Klára Sedlo is a painter based in Prague, working at the intersection of surrealism and symbolism. Each card in this deck started as an actual oil painting on canvas, painted in a style referencing 17th-century Italian and French tarot but with entirely new figures and archetypes. The deck holds 28 cards instead of the classic 22, with titles like ‘Hen’, ‘Architect’ and ‘Shoe Quarrel’. Language: English Quality: Reproductions of original oil paintings, full colour print Contents: 28 cards with guidebook Sedlo is also a synesthete who translates feelings into visual images, a background that shows in the layered, intuitively built compositions on the cards.

Voynich Manuscript Oracle Czech painter Klára Sedlo based this oracle on the plant illustrations from the Voynich manuscript, a 15th-century document written in a script that has never been deciphered. She translated the rough original sketches into detailed oil paintings: plants that float, dance in formations, glow with their own light, or rise from deep water. Each card carries a short affirmation or reflection in English; a full explanatory guide is available via a QR code included in the set. Language: English (cards and online guidebook) Quality: numbered and signed by the artist, 1st edition, edition of 500 Contents: 30 cards (28 interpretation cards, QR card, signature card) Every copy carries its own number from 1/500 to 500/500, handwritten and signed by Klára Sedlo.

The Mushroom Tarot 2nd edition Chris Adams is an artist and amateur mycologist from Oregon, and that shows in every card. Each one depicts a specific mushroom species, drawn with field-guide accuracy and the visual energy of punk graphics. The structure follows the classic Rider-Waite-Smith system, but the imagery is entirely its own. Language: English Quality: 280 gsm cardstock, copper metallic edges, improved box Contents: 81 cards The three extra cards, the Mycoguide Significator cards, serve as reading aids and are not part of the standard Arcana.

The Land of Stories Tarot The Land of Stories Tarot connects all 78 cards to fairy tales, fables and myths that most people already know, from Alice in Wonderland to the Legend of the White Snake. The illustrations are designed as picture-book plates: colourful, detailed and faithful to Rider-Waite-Smith symbolism. The cards are designed for those who want to learn tarot through stories that already feel familiar. Language: English (card names in English) Quality: 350 gsm coated card stock with embossing finish, rigid box with gold foil Contents: 78 cards, size 66 x 120 mm The sturdy two-part box with thumb notches and embossed detailing makes this a well-presented gift as well.

The Byzantine Tarot The Byzantine Tarot draws directly from the iconographic art of the Eastern Roman Empire. Cilla Conway painted 78 cards in the style of Byzantine mosaics and icons, dominated by gold, deep ruby red and royal blue. The structure follows the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition, but the archetypes are translated into Byzantine figures and titles. John Matthews wrote the accompanying 160-page guidebook. Language: English Quality: Vivid colours, printed gold effect, cards 70 x 120 mm Contents: 78 cards and 160-page guidebook A tarot set that reads like a historical artefact, yet remains accessible to anyone familiar with the RWS tradition.

Multi-Dimensional Devas Cilla Conway built this oracle around eleven dimensions of consciousness, from a single point to cosmic awareness. The 48 cards reproduce original oil paintings, carry no titles, and ask for contemplation rather than quick readings. Language: English Quality: Matte luxury finish with gilded edges, 88 x 126 mm Contents: 48 cards and 129-page guidebook Designed for meditation and reflection, not for fast answers.

Oracle of the Future This oracle by Cilla Conway does not work with fixed meanings or predictions. Its 45 painterly cards start from colour and atmosphere, asking the reader to follow their own intuition. The imagery is expressive and abstract, built around themes of collective change and expanding awareness. Language: English Quality: 45 cards with matte finish, size 88 x 126 mm Contents: 45 oracle cards and guidebook Colour and atmosphere speak here before words do.

Quên Oracle The Quên Oracle is a set of 44 hand-painted cards by Vietnamese artist Duy Khanh Vo. Each card shows a dreamy, painted scene that invites you to feel rather than look up a fixed meaning. The name ‘Quên’ means ‘to forget’ in Vietnamese, and the cards are designed to bring back memories and emotions you may have set aside. Language: English Quality: 350 gsm card stock, anti-scratch matte lamination, holographic silver edges Contents: 44 oracle cards The Quên Oracle also works as a companion to the award-winning Quên Tarot, with silver edges that complement the tarot’s gold and copper tones.

The Noira Tarot The Noira Tarot is a compact set of 81 cards by Vietnamese artist Duy Khanh Vo, known for his award-winning Quen Tarot. The cards blend a 15th-century painting style with surrealist, asymmetric portraits in deep, contrasting colours. This deck is designed to help you look at how you feel right now, not to predict what comes next. Language: English Quality: 300gsm ivory card stock, double-sided smooth matte finish, 5 x 7 cm size Contents: 81 cards (78 tarot cards + 3 signature cards) and a fold-out instruction flyer The Noira Tarot fits easily in a bag or on a desk, making it a natural choice for a daily card or shadow work practice.

Cartes de Visite 202666 Edition This is not a prediction deck. It is an archive of 44 fictional patients from Fenwood Asylum, built by Patrick Valenza from reworked 19th-century portrait photographs. Each card carries a handwritten story on the back describing its subject, the experiments conducted, the relationships between residents of the asylum. Language: English (handwritten texts on the reverse) Quality: Heavy card stock, large format approx. 89 x 146 mm, delivered in a two-piece lidded box Contents: 44 cards The size and thickness of the cards make them difficult to shuffle in the usual way; most people fan them across the table or draw one from the spread.

Lenormand della Luna – Paradoxical Edition This is the same artwork Patrick Valenza created for the Classic edition, with one fundamental difference: the colour values are inverted. Shadows turn light, light areas turn dark. The result is a high-contrast deck with an almost luminous quality that makes the Grand Tableau easy to read across a table. The Paradoxical Edition comes in a tin box and includes a folded Meaning Sheet with keywords by Valenza himself. Language: English (keywords on Meaning Sheet) Quality: Bridge-size cards (approx. 57 x 89 mm), delivered in tin box Contents: 36 cards + folded Meaning Sheet Same art as the Classic. Completely different atmosphere.

Lenormand della Luna – Classic Style Final Printing Patrick Valenza brings his signature surrealist imagery, moon faces, weathered textures and a mood drawn from old etchings, into the traditional 36-card Petit Lenormand system. The Classic Style Final Printing is the last run of this version in its muted sepia and brown palette, packaged in a tin box. Cards are printed on 350 gsm card stock with a linen finish. Language: No text on the cards (image-based only) Quality: 350 gsm card stock, linen finish, tin box Contents: 36 cards, bridge size (approx. 57 x 89 mm) Valenza omitted the playing card inserts so the artwork speaks without interruption.

Gallery of Hallucinations Oracle This oracle is built around an invented backstory: the discovery of paintings by the fictional German-American artist Felix Nacht, who supposedly worked in secret during the 1920s and 1930s. The 52 cards present his ‘found’ work, with a physical guidebook covering the life and symbolism behind the images. Language: English Quality: 52 cards, 5 x 3.5 inches, includes physical guidebook Contents: 52 cards plus guidebook An oracle that frames itself as an archival discovery, with a melancholy narrative running throughout.

Eros: The Garden of Love Tarot A burlesque take on the Tarot de Marseilles in which Uusi combines the classic structure with bold humour and sensual imagery. This third edition includes the 78 standard cards plus the exclusive 23rd major arcana ‘The Seeker’ and five Luna cards. Language: English Quality: heavy cardstock with embossed linen finish, third edition of 1000 copies Contents: 83 cards with guidebook The Marseilles structure stays recognisable, but the imagery is outspoken and distinct.

L’oracle d’Eros An oracle of 44 cards exploring the many faces of Eros. Each archetype, from seducer to beast, represents a side of your desire. Not meant as relationship advice, but as a tool for self-reflection for those who want to seriously examine sexuality and longing. Language: French Quality: sensual photography by Sirblondin, 44 archetypes Contents: 44 cards and 150-page guidebook This deck works with psychological concepts, not quick answers.

Children of Ostara Tarot – Limited Gold Edition Alexandria Huntington’s second deck in the Children of the Wheel series focuses entirely on the plant kingdom. The cards show human figures literally merged with flora: root systems entwined with hands, flowers opening from skulls, branches growing through torsos. The structure follows Rider-Waite-Smith, but each of the 80 cards carries meaning through a specific plant. The included guidebook covers card meanings, herbalism, and spells. Language: English Quality: 350 gsm card stock, matte finish, gilded edges, hardcover flip box with magnetic closure Contents: 80 cards (78 + 2 exclusive bonus cards), full-colour guidebook The card back is identical to The Children of Litha, so cards from both decks can be mixed and matched.
